Aidan Singh Bhati, a gem of Jodhpur’s literary circle, is a critically acclaimed Marwari and Hindi poet, novelist, story writer, and translator. His translation of Gandhiji’s Autobiography in Marwari won him a Sahitya Akademi award for translations in 2006. His poetry collection too has been awarded the Sahitya Akademi award in New Delhi and Bikaner in 2012. Among many other awards and citations, the Mehrangarh Museum Trust recognised him with the Marwar Ratan Samman in 2015. His poetry collection got selected for the 2019 Bihari Puraskar.
