Neha Singh is a Mumbai-based theatre practitioner, children’s author, and women’s rights activist. She has written over 20 books, along with many stories and poems in Hindi and English, earning several awards and nominations along the way. Through her theatre company, Rahi Theatre, she brings the voices of marginalised communities to the stage. Neha also co-founded the women’s rights campaign Why Loiter and was named one of the BBC’s 100 Most Influential Women (2016) and one of the Free Press Journal’s 40 Angels of Mumbai (2022).
